Overview

These Terms govern your use of Drop'd Package Concierge services. Drop'd contracts directly with property management — residents are covered automatically through their community's agreement. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

Drop'd is available to residents of communities with an active Drop'd property partnership agreement. You must be 18 or older to use the service independently.

The Service

Drop'd collects oversized packages from your building's package area and delivers them to your apartment door during scheduled windows on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday — morning (8–10am), midday (12–2pm), and evening (6–8pm).

Text confirmation. We text you 30 minutes before your window. Reply YES to confirm you're home or NO to reschedule.

Undelivered packages remain in the building's package room and will be re-attempted the next service day. You may retrieve your package from the package room at any time. Drop'd's active delivery responsibility expires 7 days after the first delivery attempt.

Fees

Drop'd is provided as a building amenity. Residents are not billed individually. Questions about fees should be directed to your property manager.

Resident Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate unit number, floor, and phone number
  • Respond to delivery confirmation texts promptly
  • Treat Drop'd workers with courtesy and professionalism

Package Liability

Drop'd photographs every package before retrieval. Drop'd is not responsible for damage occurring before this photo is taken, loss due to carrier errors, or delays caused by access issues beyond our control. To report a claim, email info@joindropd.com within 48 hours.

Workers

All Drop'd workers are background-checked W-2 employees, uniformed, and required to display a photo ID badge on property at all times. Workers deliver packages to the resident's door. If a resident requests that a heavy or oversized package be placed inside the unit, workers may do so at the resident's explicit request only. Report concerns to info@joindropd.com.

Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drop'd shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, Fulton County courts.

What We Collect

From residents: name, unit number, floor, phone number, and delivery window preference.

From the website: partnership and job application form submissions, and standard anonymous web analytics. We do not collect payment information.

How We Use It
The short version: We collect only what we need to deliver your packages. We do not sell your data. We do not share it for commercial purposes.

  • To respond to partnership or employment inquiries

We do not sell your personal information.

  • With Drop'd workers: Unit number and floor only — not your name, phone, or email
  • With your community: Aggregate, non-identifiable service data in monthly reports only

Data Retention & Your Rights

Your data is deleted within 30 days of move-out. To request early deletion or access your data, email info@joindropd.com. We respond within 10 business days.
